It is our pleasure to announce that our Employee of the Month for October is Christian Caballero!
Christian has really stepped up while Maricela has been out unexpectedly. He has consistently demonstrated dedication, compassion, and professionalism in his role, making a significant impact on the lives of the residents we serve.
Christian has been overseeing the schedule, making sure Wallis house has full coverage. To ensure we are covered, Christian has had to change his shift and cover the graveyard shift several times. Christian consistently displays exceptional problem-solving skills and resourcefulness. He is quick to identify and address any issues that arise, ensuring resident’s needs are met promptly. Christian always wants to figure out a way to help residents get their needs met so they can be successful.
Furthermore, Christian exhibits strong communication skills, both with residents and colleagues. He listens to Resident’s concerns, providing guidance and reassurance when needed. He is knowledgeable and effectively communicates and collaborates with PATH.
Christian is family oriented and likes to spend time with them on his days off.
