We are excited to announce that Jessica Rico, FSP/OCS Case Manager, has been selected as the Employee of the Month of December!
Jessica Rico has been an integral part of the ICBS FSP Program since 2021. As the FSP Case Manager, she has made significant contributions to the program over the past three years, delivering exceptional individual and case management services to her clients. Jessica is a dedicated advocate for those she serves, consistently ensuring their needs are met by connecting them with essential community, financial, and housing resources. She is unwavering in her commitment to her clients, proactively assisting caregivers with communication to third-party programs and ensuring that no obstacle stands in the way of support.
Recently, Jessica’s advocacy led to significant financial assistance for multiple families, including securing rental assistance that covered a $38,000 rent balance for one family. She also worked collaboratively with her team to address a caregiver’s health-related financial needs. In addition to her direct client support, Jessica exemplifies team spirit, stepping in to assist her colleagues whenever needed.
Jessica has also demonstrated leadership by taking on the role of Facilitator temporarily, efficiently coordinating CFT meetings. Her exceptional service goes beyond client support; she fosters positive relationships with her team members, contributing to the program’s success and the remarkable progress seen in client outcomes. Jessica’s commitment to excellence is evident in her thorough documentation, including progress notes, flex funds, CFT matrices, and targeted case management evaluations.
Throughout her tenure, Jessica has played a vital role in the FSP program, consistently exceeding expectations. Her dedication and hard work have been particularly notable in December, as well as throughout the entire year.
