Affirming Our Commitment to Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

At Aviva we are committed to lifting up and amplifying the voices of the families we serve – most of whom experience the systemic racism that continues to grip our nation. Aviva will continue to be a beacon of hope and voice for the children and families we serve. We are committed to advancing equity and inclusion in all aspects of the work we do.

As such, Aviva has established an Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee (JEDI) which meets twice monthly to strategize JEDI initiatives. There is a large movement of companies of all sizes and across industries to make diversity data open. Aviva’s JEDI Committee agreed that looking at our own workforce diversity data and then sharing this information with all Aviva employees was a great first step. This data will guide us in making diversity goals for the agency.
