Congratulations Rebeca Garcia for her outstanding contributions and dedication in her current role as a lead housing navigator for RHAS/RSS. Rebeca has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all aspects of her work. Her organizational skills and attention to detail make her work through and effective. She is known for her excellence as a trainer, and her trainees consistently provide positive feedback about her training sessions. Rebeca’s ability to impart knowledge and skills in a clear and engaging manner has made her a valuable asset to our team. In addition to her training abilities, Rebeca is a true team player. She collaborates effectively with her colleagues and is always willing to lend a helping hand. As Aviva’s ProAct trainer, she has shown leadership and dedication to her role.
Rebeca will soon be transitioning to her new role as activities coordinator at the Wallis House. We are confident that she will bring the same level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and positivity to her new position.
