It is our pleasure to announce that our Employee of the Month for August is Andrew Arana!
Andrew first joined Aviva in 2016 and has been a critical figure in our Crisis Intervention program. Andrew is such a positive force at Aviva — he is collaborative and continuously advocating for the needs of his staff and the families we serve. He’s a great communicator and clearly believes in teamwork.
Andrew is hard working, takes initiative, and has tremendous follow through. He is an exemplary leader, is able to remain calm in crisis/stressful situations and provides containment for his team and colleagues.
Andrew is a pleasure to have on the CI team! Thank you for all you do on behalf of Aviva’s staff, children, youth, and families!
