It is our pleasure to announce that our Employee of the Month for December is Estrella Solorio.
Without hesitation, Estrella has been our sole FSP Facilitator that has managed a 20 plus caseload in covering cases, in two services areas. She always has a positive attitude, communicates well with teams and families, empathizes with her families, and does her best in coordinating and scheduling meetings with her team based off family’s voice and choice. Upon receiving new referrals, she has stepped up in taking initiative with running staff engagements, CFT process, and supporting our onboarding therapists with the enrollment process to help their transition to Aviva. Estrella is always willing to step outside her role in supporting her team with any check-ins with caregivers, clients, case management services, and documentation. Estrella consistently meets or exceeds service time expectations and is on time with other documents assigned. Estrella participated in the Trauma-Informed Care trainings and agreed to be a Champion for the ICBS department.
Overall, she has been on top of everything in the month of December and throughout this year!
