Aviva’s Mental Health Services (MHS) department provides outpatient clinical and case management services to children and families within Los Angeles. Work within a multidisciplinary treatment team and collaborate with other programs and services at Aviva, including:

Our Student Training Program provides students with the following opportunities:
- Work within a multidisciplinary treatment team and collaborate with other programs and services at Aviva, including:

- Target Case Management (TCM)
- Psychiatric Support Services
- Wraparound
- Full Service Partnership (FSP)
- Outpatient Care Services (OCS)
- Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS)
- Foster Family and Adoption (FFA)

- Weekly individual supervision and group supervision.
- Opportunity to learn and implement DMH (Department of Mental Health) documentation.
- May have the opportunity to be trained in EBP Model Seeking Safety.
- Receive training in Aviva’s electronic health record system (EXYM).
- Opportunity to conduct initial and annual clinical assessments of clients, individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy.
