Jessica was referred to Aviva’s Intensive Field Capable Clinical Services (IFCCS) program seeking help to overcome her depression. Jessica’s resilience and growth in the IFCCS program has been tremendous and so gratifying to see thanks to our amazing team.
Jessica has been able to take in and implement some of the skills taught in therapy and rehab sessions to alleviate her depressive symptoms, such as better understanding the connection between her feelings and actions, identifying triggers, and learning how to better respond instead of reacting to those triggers. She is implementing her copings skills as needed.
Jessica has taken up new hobbies such as learning to play the violin and video games and has improved interpersonal relationships with her family and friends at school. Jessica has matured tremendously these last few years and is excelling in her academics, receiving A’s and B’s for the 2021-2022 academic school year!
