It is our pleasure to announce that our Employee of the Month for July is Aileen Hsieh nee Wei!
Aileen has been extremely helpful in our ISFC program. She is a great worker, who gets her notes in on time, and she works with resource parents effectively. She meets her clients where they are and is able to work with them on their program goals to help them succeed. She is empathic, kind, and caring with all of her clients. Aileen never complains about work, she is willing to help where she can, she is funny, and she takes supervision very seriously.
Recently she has been part of a tough case, requiring more than one hospitalization of a client. She is effective in communicating with the team regarding what is going on with the case, has taken multiple afterhours calls, and continues to assist the client and resource parent. For some of her other clients, she is resourceful in helping them find domestic violence classes, case management services, and other resources they may need.
She is a pleasure to have on the ISFC team.
