It is our pleasure to announce that our Employee of the Month for September is Malik Basset!
Malik has been instrumental in trouble shooting day to day tech support issues, including providing New Hire Orientation support to onboarding employees, and leading the huge labor-intensive project of physical cell phone deployment. Everybody at the agency knows Malik really well and we’ve have heard staff say, “ We wish we could clone Malik!!”
Malik is very helpful and pleasant to work with and is solution focused. Malik has grown with the agency over the years, sharpening his skills and knowledge of IT and the new Microsoft operating system. Staff rarely hears a “no” from Malik when he is assisting them with their IT needs.
Malik is a pleasure to have on the IT team! Thank you for all you do on behalf of Aviva’s staff, children, youth, and families!
