Last October, Aviva opened the Lifting Youth Up Drop-In Center in response to the urgent needs we saw in our community. We didn’t fully know what the year would bring, but we knew one thing: we had to create a space where youth experiencing homelessness could feel safe and supported. What safety and support do we provide?
Fast forward to today: one year later, the center has evolved in ways we never imagined. Every day, we see how a safe, welcoming space can open doors to brighter futures.
